Easton Corbin will release his third studio album, About to Get Real, on June 30th. Corbin fans heard the exciting About to Get Real album announcement first hand via Twitter’s new live video streaming app, Periscope, marking the first time a country artist has used the app for this purpose. Corbin teamed up with the same producer from his first two successful albums, Carson Chamberlain, for About to Get Real which will include 11 tracks overall. Final track listing to be released soon.

“When deciding on an album title, ‘About to Get Real’ just says it all for me,” shares Corbin. “When country fans listen to this album, I want them to take away that even though the music mixes the modern with the classic, it’s entirely real. Like the music of my heroes, it’s the real deal.”

In addition to the album news, Corbin’s brand new video for his Top 15 and climbing single “Baby Be My Love Song” premiered today on VEVO.

Corbin collaborated with director Shaun Silva for the “Baby Be My Love Song” music video which was shot at Pinewood Social, a hip social club near downtown Nashville. Featuring Easton as the narrator, viewers witness a bartender strike up a romance with a young woman after-hours. The trendy lounge’s industrial-chic space, which includes a bowling alley, hot tub and Airstream, lends itself to the couple’s night of fun.

Northern California’s biggest country music festival, Country Summer presented by Lithia RAM of Santa Rosa, has announced 13 of 14 entertainers performing June 5 to 7 at Sonoma County Event Center at the Fairgrounds, 1350 Bennett Valley Road.

Executive Producer Alan Jacoby says plans are in the works for an audition competition inviting fans to vote for the country music act that will open the show. “Stay tuned,” he said. “We will be announcing details soon.”

Country Summer 2015 superstar headliners include Jake Owen on June 5, The Band Perry on June 6 and Brantley Gilbert on June 7.

In addition to the headliners, the June 5 lineup includes Gary Allan, Chris Young and Parmalee; June 6 includes Lee Brice, Jerrod Niemann, Frankie Ballard and The Swon Brothers; and June 7 includes Trace Adkins, Easton Corbin and Cassadee Pope.

Country Summer is produced by Impact Entertainment and Sonoma Media Group, the owner of Froggy 92.9 and other leading radio stations serving Sonoma County.

This year, Country Summer anticipates attracting more than 33,000 fans with more video walls and enhanced staging and sound. Between main acts on the Montgomery Village Stage, there will be a secondary stage featuring additional country musicians and groups.

While performances by country music artists are the main attraction, great festivals are more than great music. Country Summer is a destination country celebration with Western-themed attractions, an expanded 2015 Food Court with country-inspired delights and an array of libations to please every palette — from Bud Light for beer drinkers to wine and spirits at the Leese-Fitch Wine Garden and the Jack Daniel’s Saloon.

“Country Summer 2015 is off to a great start with an incredible lineup of country music’s most popular entertainers,” Jacoby said. “We are also very pleased to welcome our new presenting sponsor, Lithia RAM of Santa Rosa, as well as an array of new and second-time sponsors supporting the event.”

Daily tickets start from $69 for general admission, $99 for reserved seats. A limited number of discount three-day packages are available.  To purchase tickets, visit www.countrysummer.com or call 800.514.3849 to order by phone.
