Ronnie Dunn Releases “Wonderful Tonight” and “Peaceful Easy Feeling” From RE-DUNN

Ronnie Dunn

Country legend Ronnie Dunn is thrilled to debut the last pair of singles “Wonderful Tonight” and “Peaceful Easy Feeling,” from RE-Dunn, his forthcoming solo album, before the album’s full release on January 10, 2010.

On “Wonderful Tonight” Dunn says,

“I would drive back and forth from Tulsa to Nashville with Eric Clapton’s drummer, Jamie Oldaker. Jamie told me how Eric wrote “Wonderful Tonight” for Pattie. It’s hard to get as organic as Eric was because he wrote it on a personal level for his wife, but we really enjoyed recording it.” Reminiscing about “Peaceful Easy Feeling” Dunn states, “It was the first song I heard from the Eagles, we had the album in the dorm room in college and I flipped. It never grows old for me. RE-Dunn wouldn’t be complete without including it.”

Dunn has given fans a taste of this passion project since its announcement on September 6, 2019, releasing two new singles (one country and one rock) every four weeks.

“Wonderful Tonight” and “Peaceful Easy Feeling,” join Dunn’s versions of “Amarillo By Morning,” “Long Cool Woman (In A Black Dress),” “How Long,” “That’s How I Got To Memphis,” “That’s The Way Love Goes,” “Showdown,” “I Won’t Back Down” and “The Cowboy Rides Away,” which have already been released off of the 24-track project and have garnered critical acclaim.
