On Friday, December 15th, breakthrough artist Kane Brown sold out his first-ever headline arena concert at Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi across the Tennessee state-line near Memphis. Before 7,000-plus enthusiastic fans, the 24-year-old entertainer was surprised by his management, label, producer and music publishing team members who walked on stage to present him with two plaques.

Brown was acknowledged for the recent Gold RIAA certification of his self-titled debut album (and Deluxe Edition) which has accumulated over 500,000 physical sales and downloads including on-demand streams and track equivalents. Additionally, he received a plaque commemorating the history-making feat of being the first artist ever to score #1 on all 5 Billboard country charts simultaneously. The singer/songwriter achieved #1 on Top Country Albums with the Deluxe Edition of his self-titled debut, #1 on Country Airplay, Hot Country Songs and Country Streaming Songs with his last single, the Platinum-certified “What Ifs” featuring Lauren Alaina, and #1 on the Country Digital Songs chart with “Heaven,” his current single. Brown’s self-titled Deluxe Edition album is available HERE.

In addition to wrapping his sold-out headlining tour, Brown will make several television appearances through the holiday season and can be seen next on A Home for the Holidays airing on CBS Television Network at 7-8 pm CT/8-9 pm ET/PT. The 19th annual holiday primetime special features uplifting stories of adoption from foster care and performances from Brown, Josh Groban, Kelly Clarkson and Kacey Musgraves. Additionally, Brown will perform on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2018” along with Kelly Clarkson, BTS, Fitz and The Tantrums, Khalid, Shawn Mendes and Charlie Puth. Hosted by Ciara, America’s largest celebration of the year will take place on Sunday, December 31, beginning at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.

Brown recently partnered with Make Room, the nation’s leading organization addressing the rental housing crisis in the U.S. www.kanebrownmusic.com
