Mindy McCready just can’t seem to keep herself out of trouble.

Looks like former Miss United States Teen Kari Ann Peniche is accusing Mindy of stealing her computer hard drive and taking some compromising footage of her, Eric Dane (Grey’s Anatomy) and his wife Rebecca Gayheart.

Kari Ann and Mindy were roommates during the taping of “Celebrity Rehab” and after an argument over money Kari Ann says that Mindy stole her hard drive when she moved out.

In the scandalous video posted on Gawker.com, the threesome lounge about naked and pass the camera around while discussing what their pornographic names would be.

In other Mindy news it looks like all of the cards are getting ready to fall on her ex-long time lover Roger Clemens. Mindy says she is getting ready to tell everybody about it in the VH1 reality series “Celebrity Rehab” that will kick off in January.

This makes you wonder if all of this is just a publicity stunt that will carry on through the new year for ratings.
