It’s always great to see Keith Urban out and about with his wife Nicole Kidman but when we get to see them out their kids it’s even more of a treat.  Looks like Keith and Nicole took daughter Faith Margaret out on the town in Los Angeles on Wednesday (February 1).

Nicole is currently working on her new movie “The Paperboy” while Keith is getting ready to head back to Australia to start taping for The Voice.

Take this with a grain of salt…we sure are…But according to The Legal Lady (an NYC reporter who transplanted herself in LA for law school who enjoys snooping into the matters of celebs coming and going from the courthouse), Keith Urban allegedly attacked a member of the paparazzi.

Apparently while Keith was enjoying lunch with his wife, Nicole Kidman, in Studio City, a photographer attempted to snap a few pictures. Robert Wolf claims that an unprovoked Keith jumped up and punched him in the face “more than ten times.” Robert later went to the hospital with a laceration and multiple bruises.

“Unfortunately, when celebrities are involved, there is often a double standard and they seem to often get a free pass for the same assault and battery that normal everyday people would go to jail for. It is time that the same standard apply to all of us. Celebrities do not have a special status that entitles them to injure others who are entirely within their legal rights and then to again and again get a free pass without prosecution, says Bob Cohen, Robert’s attorney,”

It doesn’t appear that the law was involved, if in fact the attack did happen, since there is no mention of a police report being made or charges being filed. But, since Robert Wolf has acquired an attorney, we can only assume he is seeking legal action.

We posted photos taken of Keith and Nicole on the day in question, December 31st. The couple was in fact in California. However, unless Robert took the photos we posted…it appears there were other photographers in the area. One would assume that a beating of this magnitude in a public area would have attracted some attention (especially in LA where there are  more photographers than plastic surgens) and we wouldn’t just be hearing about it now.  In fact, I’m surprised a cell phone video from a random witness wasn’t promptly send to TMZ.  We also think that photos of Keith Urban beating the crap out of a photog would nab bigger bucks than photos of him stuffing his face at lunch.

What do you think?? I think Robert Wolf may be telling a fib…and he would have a better chance if he had contacted the police.

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman took in a Vernon Vipers hockey game on Jan 6. The crowd was glad to have them there and all reports say they were very nice people! As if that is shocking to anyone! They always seem so “normal”.  Unfortunately, the Vipers lost the game but it looks like it was still a fun date night.

It looks like Keith Urban and his family spend New Years Eve in sunny LA this year. The couple and their oldest, Sunday Rose, were spotted out to lunch. I must say, Sunday looks confused as to why someone is taking her picture, and Keith seems to be doing his best to ignore the situation.
