Whoa! Katie Armiger Was Hacked in a Big Way!

Katie Armiger fans received quite a shock on Sunday afternoon when they received an email from her full of explicit and hateful words.

I would like to take this time to let everyone know that I hate all my fans. You guys never ordered my music or requested my songs. I am
leaving country music and will never come back. I will also be leaving twitter, and facebook. All of ya’ll can kiss my ass.

Along with the email above there was another email sent that included name calling and more ugly words.

I am sure fans were very aware this was not true and she had been hacked. Luckily her team was on top of things and sent out the following email before any damage could be done:

Within the past few hours, we experienced a malicious attack on KatieArmiger.com.  Katie, her management, and of course MusicCityNetworks
would like to apologize to each of you for anything offensive that you may have seen on the website and/or received via email.  Obviously, this did not stem from Katie…nor from any of her professional team.

Please know that we are doing everything possible to remedy this unfortunate, serious, and criminal act.  We will have www.katiearmiger.com
back up as soon as possible.

Katie’s website is back online and everything seems to be resolved.
