Top Country Music Concert Tours Include Taylor, Keith, Jason and More!

Taylor Swift’s Speak Now tour has just been bumped from its first-place spot to second on Pollstar’s weekly list of top concert tours for the year. “Cirque du Soleil — Michael Jackson: The Immortal” is in first in the all-genre tour list. The other country or country-flavored artists on the list are Keith Urban in eighth place and Jason Aldean in ninth. In 12th is “American Idols Live” with Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina. New to the top-20 list is Alison Krauss and Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas.

Nashville Help Haiti Live Concert Sells Out and Gives You the Chance To Bid on One of a Kind Items

An all-star cast of musicians gathered before a sold out crowd for “Help Haiti Live” at the Ryman Auditorium on February 27th, benefitting Compassion International’s Haiti disaster relief fund.

The concert, which featured Alison Krauss and Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas, Big Kenny, Mat Kearney, Jars of Clay, Brandon Heath, Dave Barnes, and Matt Wertz was sponsored by Gaylord Entertainment Company and was streamed live at HelpHaitiLive.com.

To continue the help and giving for Haiti Gibson Guitars has generously donated a guitar signed by “Help Haiti Live” performers, which is currently being auctioned online at HelpHaitiLive.com/auction. Other auction items include:

Help Haiti Live – Concerts

The people in Haiti will need help for a long time due to the devastation caused by the earthquakes. To continue the help there is another Haiti fundraiser coming up.

There will be two concerts on the same night: Saturday, Feb. 27. One will be in Nashville, the other in Los Angeles. Big Kenny, Alison Krauss with Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas and others will perform at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Amy Grant, LeAnn Rimes and others will sing at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles. The concerts will stream on HelpHaitiLive.com. Whether you bought a ticket and will be at one of the concerts in person, or you’re watching on the computer, there are instructions on the Web site about how to donate. Help Haiti Live is sponsored by a Christian organization called Compassion International.
