10. After recently losing the cowboy hat look, it seems that @ChrisYoungMusic will br trying out many different looks.  I would say no to this one! “Me as Justin Bieber’s older brother… Haha”  

9. I think @BrettEldredge should use this as a Halloween costume! “If I was an “Angry Bird” I’d definitely be the green one that does the crazy flips… That one doesn’t mess around! Just sayin”

8. I love hearing random facts and @JayDeMarcus sent us this random fact the other day “Today is the 8 year anniversary of Joe Don’s butt debuting in the Melt video… Random fact.”

7. It has been quite a while since we have seen @PhilVassar tweeting, but last night after one of the best concerts I have ever been to, Phil tweeted this “Enjoying a ‘victory cigar’ after one hell of show at Summerfest. Thanks to everybody who made it out! Off to St. Louis.”

6. Rising to fame isn’t always glamorous, as @Bomshel tweeted “I got bit by a toothless man with one leg last night. Serious. He walked right on stage and bit me. I love my job!!! -kris”

5. The newest duet between @BradPaisley and Carrie Underwood is quickly rising in the charts.  Soon there will be a music video to accompany the song! “Filming a little music video today with Gooberwood.”  

4. I wish @Miranda_Lambert would stop teasing us with album updates!  I keep waiting for an announcement with  a release date! “Headed to the desert. Doing the photo shoot for the new record. Tomorrow will be long hot and awesome!:)”

Jennette McCurdy Exceeds Her Goal To Raise $100,000 For St. Jude By Almost $40,000!

Jennette McCurdy has raised a total $139,643 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital during her cross country mall tour, Generation Love For St. Jude, which concluded April 14th. For weeks, Jennette performed for thousands of fans and raised money by signing autographs and selling charity CDs with all proceeds benefiting the cause. Before embarking on the tour, Jennette made it her personal mission to raise $100,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – a charity that is very dear to her heart.

“What a great few weeks this has been, being able to play for so many great fans that came out to the shows.” Jennette says of the tour. “What made it even better was the opportunity to partner with St. Jude and not only bring awareness to their life-changing facility, but also raise money to help the patients that come through their doors. I’m proud and honored to be associated with St. Jude and their amazing cause!”

The tour was named after Jennette’s new single “Generation Love,” which was produced by Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts and will appear on her debut album in stores this fall. “Generation Love” is available for purchase at all digital retailers now.

The music video for “Generation Love,” produced by Roman White, will premiere on CMT’s “Big New Music Weekend” this Friday, April 22 beginning at 6:00a.m.EST, and airing all weekend long through Sunday, April 24. It will also air on Nickelodeon at 9:30p.m.EST/PST on Saturday, April 23.

9. If you aren’t following newcomer @BrettEldredge yet, I suggest you start! I think that this would be an awesome idea! “I really want to be on the “Price is Right”.. Either that or just get one of those giant spinning wheels in my living room!”

8. I wonder where @KatieArmiger was this week! I have been a lot of places but have never seen anything like this: “Just saw a store called ‘Amanda’s hair salon/massage/liquor store’ Ummm???”

7. @JayDeMarcus says so much in so few words! I think most of America agrees with him on this one! “I miss football.”

6. I hope that there weren’t any kids on the plane with @RandyMontana: “Guy sitting behind me on the plane: “Sorry, I throw the F bomb around like its a football.” Very creative.”

Meet Baby Madeline Leigh Demarcus

She’s just three weeks old, but the daughter of Rascal Flatts bassist Jay DeMarcus is ready for her close-up.

Madeline Leigh DeMarcus, who was born Dec. 17 and is “perfect in every way,” will join her mom, CMT presenter Allison DeMarcus, on the job at CMT Insider Saturday Jan. 8 at 1.30 p.m. ET/PT for her world premiere. Check our our sneak peek of the little one’s first TV appearance.

No word yet on when dad might take his daughter to work for her stage debut!
