Since Opryland closed down several years ago and Opry Mills Mall took root, it’s become clear that Nashville was missing something… a theme park. Well, Dolly Parton is saving the day. Gaylord and Dolly are partnering together to open a $50 MILLION water & snow amusement park. In the warmer months, the park would operate as a water park, but during the cooler months, the park would manufacture snow. The park is set to open no later than spring of 2014 and will be the first water/snow park in the country.
