David Nail is currently opening for pop star/’Dancing with the Stars’ contestant Gavin DeGraw on a small club tour. David relishes the small club setting to allow fans a chance to really hear and understand his latest single ‘The Sound of a Million Dreams,’ which he is seeing more and more fan reaction to.
“From the get go, It’s one of those songs that if you can get people to kind of listen a little bit, especially in these really intimate club settings, that people kind of realize very quickly that it’s something very special.” David told Dan Van from Albright & O’Malley backstage during his Friday night (3/16) Oxford, Ohio Show.
Karina Smirnoff, last season’s ‘Dancing with the Stars’ champion helping J.R. Martinez win is Gavin DeGraw’s partner this season and has been on the tour. Karina is not grooming David to be the next country music act apparently. David did not make any movement even considered dancing, not even a hop on stage that was witnessed.
Gavin and partner Karina Smirnoff will be a part of the 2-Hour season premiere of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ TONIGHT (3/19) at 8:00pm ET on ABC.
