
Women Rock For The Cure is kicking breast cancer awareness month off to a rockin’ start with the 3rd annual signature benefit concert on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at 3rd & Lindsley Bar & Grill (818 3rd Avenue South, Nashville, TN).
This inspiring evening will feature live performances by Coldwater Jane and Veronica Ballestrini, plus more performers to be announced soon.
In true WRFTC style, the delicious signature pink cocktails will be flowing. Doors open at 5:30pm and show starts at 6:30pm. Event tickets go on-sale today and are available at www.3rdandlindsley.com. $20 in advance; $25 at the door. Exclusive pink circle seats are available for $75 and include front row seating and two complimentary cocktails per ticket.
The pink-themed celebrations will continue throughout the month of October with the “Opry Goes Pink” event on Oct. 2 featuring Carrie Underwood and benefiting Women Rock For The Cure and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Recently WRFTC celebrated their new non-profit status and the organization is now going pink all year round to aid in the fight against breast cancer.
