10. This week @ChuckWicksMusic did a little hunting.  What’d he catch? An Alligator! “12ft 700lbs plus!!! With a Bow!!! Wow!!”  

9. Every once in a while people get a little immature.  @TheJoshThompson had his moment this week. “Wrote with the guy who wrote “Oh Mickey”! I couldn’t help but sing that song and clap, all day. I think he got angry.”

8. Two movies took over the theatres last week.  @LauraBellBundy gives us her reviews “Loved Hangover 2 too. Zach G’s random one liners kill me! But ‘Bridesmaids’ won for making me lose my $hi* w/ laughter!”

7. As a touring act, you visit cities that you are not familiar with.  @BrettEldredge went for a run and hoped for the best.  “Joggin around, no idea where Im going..If you see me hitchhiking around Hartford, please take me back to the Venue:) I swear I dont bite”

6. “The Voice” star @BlakeShelton also tweeted about touring – this time the downsides of touring. “Morning conversation: “Hey man u got a second? Can u give me the number of the guy who booked me in L.A. then Virginia Beach BACK TO BACK?!!”

5. @TaylorSwift13 is always looking for new things to improve her style.  Yesterday, she found the next big thing in the hair department.  “Tonight these awesome girls gave me some of their light up fiberoptic hair clips. Light up hair??? What??!”  

4. Only in the country music community do you find so much support from other artists! @Miranda_Lambert tweeted “Just watched Ashton Shepard sing Look It Up! My pistol Annie gal pal Ang wrote it! Y’all request it.I want it to go number 1! I Love it!”

3. I think @BlakeShelton should be listening to this tweet from @Bomshel “Think before you drink guys… Alcohol is a drug. When mixed with anything it can be a poisen. Love yourself and ur liver more than this!!”

2. @KelliePickler’s brother is headed out to the middle east.  This is what she asks of you “Y’all say a lil prayer for my brother in law….he just got deployed to the middle east today. #ARMY”

1. In the spirit, I put @BradPaisley’s tweet at #1 “Thank you military men and women, and your families, for your sacrifice.”

10. @DierksBentley has been to many venues with no problems, but just recently he had a little trouble finding which way to go.  He simply said “hmmmmm…”

9. Preston Brust of the @LocashCowboys might have gotten crazy in Vegas, but he didn’t get married last I checked! “dont worry, im not gettin married in VEGAS this week…unless @britneyspears wants to : )” “ummm, might change my mind if @kimkardashian wants to hit the little chapel in VEGAS! -pb”

8. Twitter is the place to e when it comes to finding out about new music.  @KelliePickler is back in the studio and I cannot wait until her third album! “In my sanctuary (studio) Kyle’s playin on a song we wrote 2gether last mothers day. This song is so special 2 me. Can’t wait 2 share it w/u.”

7. Technology has begun spanning generations and @TerriClarkMusic has been affected by it “I love getting emails from my grandmother. Subject is usually weight, weather, or bowel movements.”

6. Be sure to watch the ACM’s tonight and if you are attending be on the lookout for @JaronATLRTL “Just been confirmed to appear at the ACMs… as a bathroom attendent just outside of section 104! Ladies room. Amazing gig. Come by and see me!!”

5. I never thought about @Bomshel as a threat, but the airport security thought they were! “Yea. The guy at airport security tried to get me to remove my bomshel sticker from my guitar…. He was serious. It made me laugh.”

4. I feel like I say this every week, but if you aren’t following @BrettEldredge you should start!  His tweets speak for themselves: “Opened windows lettin in the mountain air..Smell of natural Pine Sol rollin in! If that Pine Sol lady shows up while Im sleeping Ill freak”

3. I think road rage is just part of being human, but I think some people just have more than others.  @MartinaMcBride sent out this service announcement: “If ur 1st n long line of cars at a green light,I think it’s ur responsibility 2 pay attention& when the light turns green..GO! #drivepeople!”

2. There is always the one kid in class that has no idea what is going on on April Fools Day and apparently @TaylorSwift13 is that person: “Wow. I’m still the same as I was in elementary school- the last to realize it’s April Fools day. WAY confused until someone reminds me.”

1. Country music been making it’s mark lately and @JohnRich is bringing the country to reality TV! He posted this from his stay on Celebrity Apprentice “MR.TRUMP! I Kidnapped your slippers!1MILL for their safe return to your multi-billion dollar feet!JR”

Rachel Holder Sends Sugar Rush to Country Radio with Debut Single, “Chocolate”

Rachel Holder has officially released her debut single to Country radio, a lighthearted and distinctive new Pop-Country gem called “Chocolate.”

Co-produced by Nashville industry heavyweights Chuck Howard and Wilbur Rimes, “Chocolate” is a tongue-in-cheek look from a female’s perspective at the benefits of candy as opposed to those of a boyfriend. Bomshel’s Kristy Osmunson, producer Howard and songwriter Bob Regan wrote the song, and after hearing it, Holder jumped at the chance to record it.

“The first time I heard ‘Chocolate,’ I immediately connected to it, and I’m sure there’s a lot of other girls out there that will, too,” says the 18-year-old Holder. “It’s different, but that’s what I like about it. It’s catchy and it’s fun, and after all – who doesn’t like chocolate?”

The Chattanooga, Tenn., native has been recording material for the past several months with Howard, a veteran Music Row producer whose credits include projects with LeAnn Rimes, Trick Pony, Hank Williams, Jr., Bomshel and many others. Holder’s debut album is due out later this year on Nashville-based independent label, All Entertainment.

10. Busy at work on his new album, @BradPaisley posted this teaser on his account. “Here’s a song off the new record. Don’t know how it sounds but it LOOKs fantastic.”

9. How are your new years resolutions going?  Mine are going about as good as @LauraBellBundy’s! “Top 5 new years resolutions abandoned: 1.drinking less alcohol 2. Drinking more water 3. Getting in shape 4. Saving $$$ 5. Eating healthy

 8. I would have to agree with Craig Morgan (@CMorganMusic) on this one: “What happens in Vegas ends up on twitter”

 7. This week has been a snowstorm all around the country but @Bomshel is able to sum it up on just a few words! “It is absolutely magical in Nashville today. So happy to call this city my home! Snowy and sunny:) love u guys! -kris”

 6. A regular on my Tweets of the Week list @BrettEldredge posted this (being from Wisconsin I have to add Go Pack Go!) “I would like to be tailgating in Chicago but on a plane instead. Im going to ask the flight attendant if it’s ok to tailgate on the plane”
