Fans took to boat, raft, and floatation device to attend the 2010 Aquapalooza in Lake Travis, Texas. Brad Paisley headlined the event. And, since he’s in the midst of his H2O tour, it seems completely appropriate. Jimmy Carter was there, and posted some amazing pictures. Brad also posted a few on his Twitter.

Brad Paisley will be joined by Jerrod Niemann, Lee Brice along with newbies Joanna Smith and Matt Stillwell on July 10 during the AquaPalooza 2010 at the Reserve at Lake Travis in Texas. Fans can attend the FREE concert via the water in boat or raft. Last year, Alan Jackson headlined the event at Lake Martin.

Looks like Aquapalooza was not all fun and games for everyone. Jimmy Carter posted yesterday that one man was life flighted to a Birmingham hospital after losing several fingers when hit by a boat propeller.
Although Jimmy’s blog post was reported before the shows end it did seems as though most people were keeping the peace.
Considering some 40,000 people and 5000 boats….the medics were not kept that busy! some BUI arrests..one fight..not a bad day…but that was all prior to the concert end…the night is still young….
