Terri Clark Concert – A Fan Review

This past Monday I had the pleasure of going to see Terri Clark with special guest Dean Brody at the Sanderson Center in Brantford, ON Canada. Terri is currently doing a cross Canada tour and had a sold out show that night. This is the second time I have seen Terri and she just gets better all the time.

What I didn’t know was that she also had a special guest touring with her as well…. Anita Cochran. She was promoting her new album Serenity which, from the songs she played is awesome. I didn’t get a chance to pick it up but it is definitely on my list to get.

Dean Brody… what can I say… HOT! He sang all of his hits, including “Undone”, “Brothers” and “Dirt Road Scholar” and the crowd ate him up. Literally I could have. During the intermission I was fortunate enough to get to meet him and he gives the best hugs and smells good too! He was very down to earth and loved meeting his fans and taking pictures with us.

Then it was time for Terri…WOW! Anita was on stage for the whole show as well playing guitar, banjo and mandolin for Terri and even did a small piece of her hit with Steve Wariner “What If I Said”. For anyone who has not seen Terri play, please do! This woman can rock the stage and is funny as hell! She jokes with the audience and had everyone singing along to her hits like “Gypsy Boots”, “Girls Lie Too”, “Better Things To Do”, “Emotional Girl”, “No Fear” and all the others to fill up an hour and a half. The best song was Terri’s closing when she did her new single “If You Want Fire”. I think it’s going to be a number one hit for her!

I then got to stand in line for half an hour to get an autograph from her as well. Now I am 5’9″ and have known that Terri is tall, and I was also wearing 2″ heels, but she was STILL taller than me! Terri is beautiful, inside and out and she is one person who I will keep going back to see!
