Shelton and Lambert make their place on the list as a couple, which puts them in league with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith — and even former celebrity couple Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore. Lady Gaga is number one and Justin Bieber is number two on the do-gooders list.
