In March of 2007, Kellie Pickler returned to American Idol looking a little more like her idol, Dolly Parton.  She told us she bought new ‘shoes’ with her Idol cash-in.

This brings me back to a conversation I had with a cab driver in Cancun when I was 22. He explained to me that the word shoes (in Mexico) could be used when referring to ‘lady lumps’.

Fast forward to August of 2011. Kellie visits KISS Country in Miami, Florida looking a little less endowed.  And just so you don’t think it was the lighting or angle..

And American Idol a few weeks ago….

So, what happened? Did Kellie experience some kind of medical complication as a result of the implants? Maybe other medical issues forced her to have them removed? Let’s hope not. Could she have lost them?! Woman’s breast implant disappears during Pilates…

Perhaps maybe she is trying to have children with husband, Kyle Jacobs. We’ve all heard the myth that breast augmentation can complicate the natural feeding process. By the way, breast implants and breast feeding complications don’t typically go hand in hand.

“Women with breast implants don’t understand and think that they won’t be able to breastfeed and are surprised when they realize they can,” said Dr. Stephen Greenberg, a board certified plastic surgeon and the author of the book A Little Nip, a Little Tuck.

Kellie has always been very open with her fans. She has spoken in detail about her mother and father abandoning her, so I do think it’s a bit strange that she won’t openly discuss whatever happened with her breast implants.

Any thoughts? Does sex really sell albums?
