Telluride Gets a New Name – The Adam Craig Band

TelluRide is getting a new name!   Effective immediately they will now be the Adam Craig Band. 

“Dealing with two law suits involving our name has been a distraction for several months.” said lead singer, Adam Craig. “Fighting them would have cost more time and money, and we felt the best thing for the band was to change our name and focus on our music. We’re the same guys, and the same music, just a new name. Many of our fans knew we were contemplating this change and we appreciate their loyalty. We can’t wait for them to hear our new songs.”

The Adam Craig Band is currently in the studio with award-winning producer Josh Leo working on the follow up to their Four Square Miles debut.

CMTT’s Country Music Food for the Soul Benefit Concert Raises $2,500 for Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee

We want to thank everyone who came out to the Country Music Food for the Soul  Benefit Concert in June and to everyone who purchased items that were up for bid in our eBay auction. 

With everyone’s help CMTT was able to raise $2,593 and 45 pounds of food for Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. 

A special thank you to all of the artists who performed and their publicists who helped make it all happen.

Because of the generous donations from the eBay auction Country Music Tattle Tale recgonizes as a  Top 25 eBay Giving Works donor for June 2010.

Matt Gary’s Performance at the Country Music Food for the Soul Benefit Concert

Check out Matt Gary performing at the Country Music Food for the Soul Benefit Concert on June 11th.

100% of the proceeds from the concert and online auctions will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank. In addition to the funds made from the event and auction you also donated 45 lbs. of food to go directly to the Food Bank here in Nashville.

The concert kicked off at 2pm and everyone in attendance was treated to an acoustic performance by Matt Gary, TelluRide, Ash Bowers, Fast Ryde, The Harters, Carter Twins, Thompson Square and Mallary Hope.

Don’t forget that the fundraising is NOT over yet! We still have tons of autographed merchandise to auction off on eBay!

Our third and FINAL round of items are currently online.  The auctions end on SUNDAY evening…. June 27th.
