Zimbio.com has announced their 4th Annual list of 100 Hottest Celebrity Couples, and our very own Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have made the cut along with Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher (no. 39), Josh Kelley and Katherine Heigl (no 47), Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert (no. 50), and LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian (no. 96).

Going beyond merely the most beautiful people, couples were ranked using an algorithm that measures and calculates popularity, attractiveness, success, and staying power. The data behind each metric is then used to determine their place on the list.

Topping the list for the second year in a row is Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z.

“This is a list that’s born from and powered by massive sets of data” said Editor-in-Chief John Newlin, “which allows us to definitively say that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are exactly the 15th Hottest Celebrity Couple.”

Popularity was determined by overall search volume as well as internal Zimbio analytics. The attractiveness quotient was crowd-sourced through a face-off style game that ran on Zimbio.com. A couple’s success was measured by their notable deals signed (record, movie, modeling or otherwise) as well as awards received. Finally, a couple’s staying power was evaluated based upon years together, children, engagements, and their place on the list last year. Points were deducted based on the number of recent partners as well as the validity of break-up rumors.

LeAnn Rimes and her hubby Eddie Cibrian are celebrating one year of wedded bliss. The two exchanged gifts of jewelry, a ring for her and a watch for him, enjoyed romantic meals, and stayed at the house they got married in.  The couple were even presented with a tiny replica of their wedding cake.   LeAnn has been keeping everyone abreast of the situation via twitter. I’m sure Eddie appreciates her being on her phone updating her timeline throughout their romantic weekend.

We have had the most wonderful first anniversary weekend in Malibu. We stayed at the house where we got hitched. We spent time w/ the boys, our friends and we saw our families….it was perfect and relaxing. Few more days til we go away for a lil bit, just the two of us. The first year deserves two weekends we feel really blessed. Hope you all had a fabulous weekend yourselves.

LeAnn Rimes has gone to the dark side. She has dyed her hair a deep chestnut color.  People.com has pictures of LeAnn out and about in Los Angeles on Thursday sporting the new hair color.

Rimes is currently working on her new album, “Spitfire.” She says it will have an “amazing” duet, but she’s not saying who it’s with just yet.

Expect to learn a lot about LeAnn Rimes when her new album comes out. She says she’s finished writing and is headed to the studio to record next month. Rimes hasn’t released an album of original songs since her affair with now-husband Eddie Cibrian and divorce from Dean Sheremet in 2010.

Rimes tells the Associated Press, ”life inspires. Good and bad. Pretty and ugly.” She says she laid out her heart and soul on the record and adds that her personal life comes out in her music.

Rimes has been a tabloid magnet since the affair. She recently found a friend who can relate: Kim Kardashian. Rimes says they go to the same church and have hung out a couple times, adding they “click” on a certain level. Rimes says it’s great to have a friend in the industry, because she doesn’t have too many of those.
