Opry Memories will take you back to the golden era of country music. Join host John Schneider from the Grand Ole Opry House as he brings you stars like Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, George Jones and Loretta Lynn performing their biggest hits in the prime of their careers. These performances have been preserved and restored to pristine condition, with top quality sound and video and all are in beautiful, full color.

Trace Adkins to Perform at GMA Gospel Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

Trace Adkins will headline the list of performers at next month’s GMA Gospel Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

The Gospel Music Association will induct Johnny Cash and others into the Hall of Fame on January 24. Also slated to perform that night are John Carter Cash and family, TobyMac, The Fairfield Four, Bobby Jones, Russ Taff, Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, Lee Williams & The Spiritual QC’s and others.   Trace is scheduled to pay a special tribute to Johnny Cash.

Johnny Cash Being Inducted into the Gospel Music Hall Of Fame

Johnny Cash is being remembered for performing gospel. He’ll be inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. He’s one of four performers or groups who’ll be honored at a ceremony January 24th in Hendersonville, Tennessee, outside of Nashville. 

Johnny was raised on gospel music and he turned to religion and Christian music midway through his career when he was trying to overcome his problems with addiction.

Johnny Cash and Kenny Chesney Are Rocking the Cradle

“Cradle Rock” (http://www.cradlerockstore.com), has announced that Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” greatest hits from Johnny Cash and chart topping singles from Kenny Chesney would be the first three albums in a lullaby series, hitting stores October 26th.

Soothing sounds from instruments such as the vibraphone, glockenspiel and mellotron are used to create lullabies based on famous, iconic artists and albums in the country, rock and pop genres.

Additional Cradle Rock albums in development include U2’s “The Joshua Sleep Tree,” Black Eyed Peas’ “Sleep-pea Hits” as well as lullaby albums inspired by Nickelback, Carrie Underwood and The Eagles to name a few.
