Country Cruising Adds Diamond Rio, Montgomery Gentry & MORE!

Country Cruising has already announced the names of some of the artists that will be taking to the high seas in January 2017, with a trio of the hottest artists today – Kelsea Ballerini, LOCASH, and Chris Young, in addition to Nashville cast members Charles Esten and Clare Bowen. The cruise’s organizers continue to go the extra mile by providing a wide array of talent on the Brilliance of the Seas® with the latest group of entertainers for the cruise representing some of Country Music’s all-time greatest hits from the past two decades. Joining the cruise are Montgomery Gentry, Diamond Rio, Phil Vassar, and Halfway To Hazard.

Country Cruising will set sail on January 14, 2017 from Tampa, and will stop in Key West before making its’ voyage to Cozumel, Mexico. The ship will arrive back in Tampa on January 19. Country Cruising offers the Country Music fan an amazing experience – a five night cruise, with accommodations and all meals taken care of during the event, as well as autograph sessions, photo opportunities, daily musical performances, and songwriter workshops. The Brilliance of the Seas® ship is a beautiful Radiance-class ship that combines sleek swiftness, panoramic vistas, and wide-open spaces. Montgomery Gentry to Headline ‘Hits For The Homeless’ Benefit Show

Layman Lessons, one of the top-rated non-profit organizations, is hosting a local benefit concert, Hits For The Homeless, featuring CMA Award-Winning country duo Montgomery Gentry. All proceeds will go directly to Layman Lessons which supplies bottled water canteens, survival rescue blankets and an endless amount of food for the local homeless.

Scheduled for Monday, May 9th from 5pm-7pm at The Factory at Franklin/Jamison Hall, this event will include dinner, a silent auction table and an intimate acoustic performance by Grand Ole Opry members Montgomery Gentry. With over 30 years of experience serving people with addictions, homelessness and serious mental illness, Founder of Layman Lessons, Louie Johnston Jr., has provided for the homeless since 2000. “I feel so fortunate to have Eddie and Troy sign on for this event,” said Louie. “It is so important to spread the word about Layman Lessons and raise money for a great cause in Middle Tennessee.”

Lee Brice, Gary Allan and More Added to WE Fest Lineup

Lee Brice, Billy Currington, Gary Allan and Montgomery Gentry have been added to the superstar lineup for the 34th Annual WE Fest at Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, MN. These country music chart-toppers join previously announced headliners Eric Church, Kid Rock and Tim McGraw for this year’s festival August 4-6, 2016.

While this is the first time that Brice and Currington will perform at Soo Pass Ranch, this will be the fifth WE Fest appearance for both Allan and Montgomery Gentry.

“We’re very excited about our lineup this year and we’re not finished yet,” remarked Bob Bliss, WE Fest General Manager. “We have more artist announcements coming and we’re working around the clock to make this year’s WE Fest a truly memorable one for all our loyal fans.”
