Miss Willie Brown Gets Ready To “Tie One On”

Miss Willie Brown

Miss Willie Brown will join Jon Pardi and Frankie Ballard for the Tie One On kicking off Oct. 4 in San Diego, CA. After landing coveted slots at Bonnaroo (listed as a Top 10 moment from American Songwriter) and CMA Music Festival and touring with Dierks Bentley last year, Miss Willie Brown is ready to hit the stage with “refreshingly high-energy” (Las Vegas Weekly) and what Billboard describes as “Snarling. Loud. Swampy. Edgy. A shockingly unique take on country music that combines West Coast energy levels and punk attitude.”

“I think Willie Nelson said it best… ‘just can’t wait to get on the road again, the life I love is making music with my friends.’ And we are looking forward to making some music with our new friends Frankie Ballard and Jon Pardi!” said Amanda Watkins. “I am hell bent on making this tour a leave your troubles at the door, good time, great music kind of party!!”

“Our live show is such a huge part of who we are as a band,” adds Kasey Buckley. “Another huge part is our fans. We are so grateful for them and getting to meet them at our shows and share our music with them really means the world to us. It’s why we do what we do.”

Miss Willie Brown Returns to ‘Jimmy Kimmel’ TONIGHT!

Miss Willie Brown

Miss Willie Brown will return to Jimmy Kimmel Live! (ABC) TONIGHT at 12 AM ET/11 PM CT. The duo made their late night debut two years ago as the first unsigned act ever to perform on the show. With raw, honk-tonk-style emotion and irresistible rock & roll swagger, Miss Willie Brown is both a reminder of the classic power of a song and a fresh look toward music’s future.

“We are so grateful for Jimmy Kimmel’s support at such an early point in our career,” said Kasey Buckley. “It means even more to us for them to have us back on the show.”

“We’ve put in a lot of work this year, and the support we’ve received from radio so far has been really amazing,” added Amanda Watkins. “We’re really excited to put a little club tour together this Fall and continue building on the friendships we’ve already made with radio and country fans.”

The twosome recently released their first single to country radio, “You’re All That Matters To Me,” and this fall they’ll take their energetic live show across the country in a series of club shows. Dates and ticket information will be released soon.

Miss Willie Brown Makes Opry Debut

Miss Willie Brown Opry Debut

Miss Willie Brown made their debut at the Grand Ole Opry on Sat., Aug. 11. The duo, comprised of Kasey Buckley and Amanda Watkins, performed “Bonafide” and the emotionally charged ballad “Let Me In,” which prompted a standing ovation from the crowd.

“I remember being a little girl and taking a tour of the Opry with my parents, so to be standing on that stage was beyond humbling for me. It was a moment I’ve dreamed about since I was 10 years old,” said Watkins.

“This is, hands down, one of the greatest experiences we have had since we started playing music,” added Buckley.
