Kellie Pickler

10. I guess @KelliePickler just likes to spend the new year in tropical locations! Last year she was getting married; this year fishing “Fishing in St. Lucia! :)”

9. Country Music artists were a blaze on twitter this week about this news from @LeeBrice “She said YES! I’m one lucky man!!”

8. This tweet from @JaronATLRTL (Jaron Lowenstein) is self explanatory “Just heard a guy say “Not gonna lie, some of my cousins are pretty hot.” #nicetobebackinthesouth

7. Sunny Sweeney (@gettinsweenered) is such an amazing songwriter because she is able to make connections that no one else can make! “The adult version of the children’s game, Operation, is trying not to break a tortilla chip while dipping it into a jar of salsa.”

6. If the world ends in 2012, @DannyGokey may have made the best financial decision of his life! “The Mayans BETTER be right, I just bought a house, car and a boat with no payments until 2013! Wish me luck…”

4. With a busy holiday season, sometime you just have to sit back and look at the future. That’s exactly what @Miranda_Lambert did “Im back to reality now. Headed to the east coast for work then to Nashville for rehearsal for the new tour:)! Here we go 2012!”

3. Pretty sure that everyone in country music wished they were @ChrisYoungMusic in this tweet “Been hanging out/fishing with Little Jimmy Dickens all afternoon. Damn cool”

2. @BlakeShelton may have an odd sense of humor, but this tweet had me headed towards the bathroom I was laughing so hard! “As I stood here looking out my window at the Nashville skyline, a sparrow smashed head on into the glass. Ahh.. It’s gonna be a great day.”

Brad Paisley

1. The drycleaners might say they can clean anything, and @BradPaisley claims to have tested that this week! “Caught 25 largemouth.Took em here to be cleaned. They came back on hangers,in plastic, with spots removed. Some people.”

Top Tweets of the Week – Week of September 18th

10. No matter how famous you are, I am sure there is no feeling like seeing/hearing your own music – as @ChuckWicksMusic can attest to. “Playing “New” Music for @gactv and what comes on??? #winning

9. @JaronATLRTL (Jaron Lowenstein) has a new band that is a little country, a little rock, and a little gospel.  Here is his #ShamelessSelfPromotion!  (The CD is available for free on TheCordovas.com “I can’t remember if I told you guys already, but the new band I’m in, Cordovas, has a new album out and you can…”

7. I don’t think @DavidNail has anything to worry about on his new record.  The anticipation is killing me! “I think this new record is gonna be pretty good!”

2. The Pistol Annies (@Miranda_Lambert’s new group) had such an amazing digital release that they have gone physical!  Go get the CD now! (If it’s not sold out) “Pistol Annie’s CD is in stores now!!! Go get a physical copy and see the pretty pictures!”
