‘The Best of Me’ Soundtrack Features Eli Young Band, Lady Antebellum, Kacey Musgraves & MORE!

Lady Antebellum, Hunter Hayes, David Nail, Kacey Musgraves, Colbie Caillat, Kip Moore, Eli Young Band, Eric Paslay, Thompson Square, Thomas Rhett, Phoebe Hoffman and newcomers SHEL and Gareth Dunlopthe all have a place on the soundtrack for the upcoming Nicholas Sparks penned film,The Best of Me. The soundtrack will hit stores on October 7th.

Seven-time GRAMMY-Award winners, Lady Antebellum, wrote (with Monty Powell) and recorded the original song “I Did With You,” based on the film’s premise. Fans can now purchase the song at all digital partners here.

Surrounding the excitement of this release, Walmart will make available for purchase a special 48-page ZinePak exclusive at all Walmart stores nationwide. The ZinePak will include photos and quotes from some of the actors as well as the film makers responsible for the creation of the filmThe Best of Me. In addition the special ZinePak will have flower seeds from the flower that is featured in the story, an unabridged audio book and of course the soundtrack.

Furthermore, Relativity Studios is adding a $7.50 “Movie Cash Ticket” to all physically released versions of The Best of Me Soundtrack for fans to use towards one movie’s admission to see the film, The Best of Me.Available while supplies last and while the film is in theaters.

Relativity Studios will release the film, starring Michelle Monaghan and James Marsden, in theaters nationwide on October 17.

Eli Young Band Annouce Annual House Party Line Up

Yesterday morning, Eli Young Band confirmed the second Annual House Party line up.  The band will return once again to Dallas and is expanding the Party with a second show in Houston. Tickets went on sale this morning, Friday August 29th for both the November 8th date at Globe Life Park in Arlington and the November 15th date at Minute Maid Park in Houston. Last year’s inaugural House Party in Arlington, was a huge success with over 18,000 fans in attendance.  The band looks forward to an even larger turn out this year with eight touring powerhouses joining them for two shows.

The November 8th House Party in Arlington will feature country superstar Gary Allan who’s been named “country’s mainstream Maverick” by Rolling Stone.  Two-time Grammy nominee and country hit-maker Pat Green has sold over a million albums and has been dubbed “the Springsteen of the Southwest” in People Magazine and USA Today.  Kicking off the night of music will be Texas and Oklahoma female duo Maddie & Tae, the up-and-coming country sensations whose Dot Records’ debut single “Girl In a Country Song” has exploded nationwide with nearly 6 million views on YouTube alone since release late last month.

The November 15th House Party at Minute Maid Park in Houston will feature Atlantic Records Josh Abbott Band, who has topped the Texas chart with six #1 hits and a trio of Top Tens.  Valory Music Co.’s Thomas Rhett, has scored back-to-back #1 hits with the Platinum-certified “It Goes Like This” and Gold-certified “Get Me Some of That” in addition to co-writing the smash chart-topper “Round Here.” Opening the show will be Cody Johnson, many Texans met his honest style through hit singles on the Texas chart including: “Nobody to Blame,” “Texas Kind of Way” and his #1 smash “Pray for Rain.”

From start to finish the band has chosen concert venues that lay out a fan friendly experience; from easy parking, to short bar lines and a strong lineup of national acts, each of the two shows is and an incredible value with tickets starting at just $25.

Tickets for each of the two shows start at $25 and will go on sale tomorrow, Friday, August 29th.  Fans are encouraged to buy tickets now at the discounted rate of $25 before the price increase on September 15th.  For the November 8th Arlington show, tickets will be available at TexasRangers.com/eliyoungband.  For the November 15th Houston show, tickets will be available at ticketmaster.com.

Watershed Music Festival Releases Full Schedule

The third annual Watershed Music Festival released the full schedule today for the three-day music and camping event on Aug. 1, 2, and 3 at the Gorge Amphitheatre. Additionally, a second stage will feature up and coming artists including Cody Beebe & The Crooks, Carrie Cunningham & The Six Shooters, Aaron Crawford, McKenna Faith, Massy Ferguson, Old Dominion, Austin Jenckes, Tayla Lynn, Jessica Lynne, Chance McKinney, Caitlyn Smith, Sweetkiss Momma, A Thousand Horses and Austin Webb. Watershed Music Festival sold out within 10 minutes of going on sale to the public with over 25,000 three day passes claimed.
