The third annual Watershed Music Festival released the full schedule today for the three-day music and camping event on Aug. 1, 2, and 3 at the Gorge Amphitheatre. Additionally, a second stage will feature up and coming artists including Cody Beebe & The Crooks, Carrie Cunningham & The Six Shooters, Aaron Crawford, McKenna Faith, Massy Ferguson, Old Dominion, Austin Jenckes, Tayla Lynn, Jessica Lynne, Chance McKinney, Caitlyn Smith, Sweetkiss Momma, A Thousand Horses and Austin Webb. Watershed Music Festival sold out within 10 minutes of going on sale to the public with over 25,000 three day passes claimed. The heavy hitting lineup features Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum, Jake Owen, along with Billy Currington, Eli Young Band, Joe Diffie, Randy Houser, Justin Moore, Kip Moore, Cassadee Pope, Brothers Osborne, The Cadillac Three, Chase Rice, Dallas Smith, Adam Craig, Kelleigh Bannen, Lindsay Ell, Lonestar and The Swon Brothers.

In addition to the versatile lineup and late night sets, the festival will feature a “Drop Zone” thrill ride, 100 ft. vertigo swing, giant ferris wheel, the world’s largest inflatable water slide and a Foamalicious foam party. Watershed Music Festival is set at the picturesque Gorge Amphitheatre, undoubtedly one of the most scenic concert venues in the world offering sweeping views of the Columbia River Gorge.

Darius Rucker Announces Darius & Friends Benefit Concert

Darius Rucker will be hosting his fifth annual “Darius and Friends” benefit concert on Monday, June 2nd at the Wildhorse Saloon in downtown Nashville. Featuring performances by Rucker and a star-studded lineup including Clint Black, Eli Young Band, David Nail, Cassadee Pope, Kenny Rogers, Corey Smith and Thompson Square, the sold-out show unofficially kicks off CMA Music Festival Week. All proceeds from the concert will go directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Additionally, the annual Darius and Friends Celebrity Golf Tournament, also benefiting St. Jude, will take place on Tuesday, June 3. Artists and celebrities set to tee off for the cause this year include Colt Ford, Scott Hamilton, JT Hodges, Randy Houser, Tommy John, Charles Kelley, Dustin Lynch, Derek Mason, David Nail, Jon Pardi, Eric Paslay, Keifer Thompson and more. Since its inception, “Darius and Friends” has raised more than $225,000 for St. Jude through the concert, celebrity golf tournament and charity auction.

“This is one of my favorite events every year and I’m so glad we’re able to support St. Jude for the fifth year in a row,” said Rucker. “St. Jude does such amazing work for young cancer patients and their families, and I’m grateful to all my fellow artists and friends for coming together to have some fun and support such a great cause.”

Eli Young Band to Headline Jägermeister’s Ultimate Summer Of Music

The Eli Young Band are one of three artists who will headline a nationwide tour as part of Jägermeister’s Ultimate Summer Of Music, along with Fall Out Boy and Paul Oakenfold.

“We’ve always prided ourselves on working with some of the most well-respected acts in the industry but we have yet to bring three top acts from three different genres together,” says Jägermeister Dir./Music Marketing Cliff Rigano. “Each of these artists consistently deliver legendary, high-energy shows that we know our diverse consumer set will love.”

Second Annual Windy City Smokeout Returns With Big Names

Bub City’s Windy City Smokeout will return to Chicago July 11-13, 2014. The second annual summer festival will bring together the best of live country music, beer and BBQ at a yet-to-be announced location.

“We’re excited to bring the second annual Windy City Smokeout back to Chicago. Last year was a great party,” said Doug Psaltis, Bub City Chef Partner. “It’s a pretty unique thing we’re doing–bringing together the best barbeque from around the country and the biggest names in country music–and we hope to provide guests with another great weekend.”

Windy City Smokeout brings an impressive lineup of musical talent catering to bonafide fans of country music and concert goers alike. Festival headliners are: ACM Awards New Artist of the Year nominee Brett Eldredge on Friday, July 11, ACM Awards Top Vocal Group of the Year nominee Randy Rogers Band on Saturday, July 12 and Grammy-nominated Eli Young Band on Sunday, July 13. Additional performances include Josh Abbott Band and Chase Rice, as well as emerging country talent who will take the stage throughout the day.

Throughout the weekend, guests can enjoy southern-inspired fare from a host of distinguished BBQ restaurants located in Chicago and beyond, to be announced in the coming weeks.

New this year, is a VIP experience, limited to just 100 ticketholders per each day of the festival. The $100 VIP ticket includes access to an elevated location next to the performance stage, access to private restrooms, a private cash bar and BBQ sampling throughout the day.
