Eli Young Band Premieres “Even if it Breaks Your Heart” Video on CMT

The video was directed by Brian Lazzaro, who also worked with the Republic Nashville band on their recent video for the platinum-certified, #1 smash “Crazy Girl.” The concept centers around an array of “dreamers” paralleling those who trek to Music City every day. Fans may catch a glimpse of a few familiar faces in the video with cameos from family, friends, actors from “Crazy Girl” and Republic Nashville President Jimmy Harnen’s son, Luke.
