Andy Griggs & Buddy Jewell Team Up for Online Concert Tonight

Andy Griggs and  Buddy Jewell will perform a live concert tonight, direct from Music Row and streamed online on Facebook. The show puts the fans in charge, as Griggs and Jewell will perform requests from the audience.

Griggs, who finished in the top 12% of the 2008 World Series of Poker rolls the “lucky 7′s” tonight, as the show kicks off on July 7th at 7:00 p.m. Ticket levels include $10 for concert only, $15 for the concert and an mp3 of your requested song or $20 for the concert, a signed CD of your requested song and a special message from Andy or Buddy.

Andy Griggs and Tennessee Titan’s Cortland Finnegan hosted the annual Christmas For Kids Celebrity Golf Tournament held last week. Andy has just released a new single called “Can I Get an Amen” and a full length CD will be available later this year.

NRA Country / ACM Celebrity Shoot Winners

NRA Country and the Academy of Country Music partnered for the first-ever NRA Country/ACM Celebrity Shoot, hosted by Blake Shelton. The sporting clays competition took place on Saturday, April 2, 2011 as part of the The Week Vegas Goes Country.

The NRA Country/ACM Celebrity Shoot was a 13-station, 50-target sporting clays competition for 19 teams of five shooters—including a celebrity captain—with prizes going to the top three teams. Rascal Flatts’ frontman Gary LeVox and the CPrime Team took first place; Shelton and the Starstruck Team took second; Dave Butz and the Washington Redskins Team took third. The event took place at Nellis Air Force Base.

Andy Griggs & Cortland Finnegan to Co-Host Waddell & Reed Charity Golf Tournament

Since its debut to the Nashville area, the Waddell & Reed Charity Golf Tournament has had the whole community buzzing with anticipation for its next turn of events. This one day, April 7th, golf extravaganza will feature many stars of the music and sports world competing for a great cause – Christmas 4 Kids – all co-hosted by country hit-maker Andy Griggs and Tennessee Titan Cortland Finnegan.

The beautiful Hermitage Golf Course will host the golf tournament for some fun competition ending the day with a memorable evening of non-stop entertainment by the musical golfers.

The Waddell & Reed Charity Golf Tournament will raise funds for Christmas 4 Kids, Inc. Christmas 4 Kids is a not-for-profit organization that has been in existence for over 25 years providing many children, each year, with their very own shopping spree. The funds generated by the golf tournament, annual concert, and the Tour Bus Show/Artist Meet and Greet event are used to give children from 30 different schools, a total of more than 400 children, a day-long shopping excursion.
