The Jukebox Music Festival Announces Alan Jackson, Kellie Pickler, Scotty McCreery, and Joe Nichols

The Jukebox Music Festival launches featuring Alan Jackson, Kellie Pickler, Scotty McCreery, and Joe Nichols.

The Shasta District Fairgrounds will be the site of an exciting new music festival July 20th – 22nd. Closing with country music icon Alan Jackson on Sunday the Festival will for the three days prior present an array of new and heritage talent on four stages. Kellie Pickler, who’s new album 100 Proof just debuted on Billboard at #2 behind only Tim McGraw’s new release, will be featured on Saturday while American Idol Season 10 winner Scotty McCreery headlines Friday night.

Also featured during the three days will be Joe Nichols, Pam Tillis, Mark Chesnutt, Ricky Skaggs, Daryle Singletary and Asleep at the Wheel with more artists yet to be announced.

There is limited onsite camping available and the fairgrounds will include a variety of vendors and other activities for the entire family.

Dierks, Keith, & Alan on One Stage…Yes Please

 

On Monday night, stars from Capitol Records Nashville packed into Puckett’s Grocery for a private event. According to Country Weekly, lablemates Little Big Town, Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Keith Urban, Darius Rucker, Alan Jackson, and Lady Antebellum were all in attendance. When the iconic Alan Jackson sent an open invitation to join him on stage, Dierks Bentley hopped up and Keith Urban grabbed a guitar…Um…does it get better than that?? I think not.

Alan Jackson’s Florida Home Up For Sale

According to GossipExtra.com, Alan Jackson is selling his Juniper Island Florida home for the bargain price of $14.9 MILLION. The 8,700 square foot mansion has been called home (or at least one of them) to Alan for over 10 years. In fact, his video for “Five O’Clock Somewhere” was filmed nearby.

“Now That’s What I Call Country Ballads” Out January 24

EMI MUSIC NOW COUNTRY BALLADS

A collection of country hits will be out by the end of the month. “Now That’s What I Call Country Ballads” will have 18 country hits. It includes the piano version of Taylor Swift’s “Forever and Always,” “I Could Not Ask For More” by Sara Evans, Lady Antebellum’s “American Honey” and Keith Urban’s “Tonight I Wanna Cry.” The Band Perry, Martina McBride, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney and Alan Jackson are also on the collection. “Now That’s What I Call Country Ballads” comes out January 24.
