Saturday morning on T’s Coffee Talk, Trisha Yearwood and her good friend Mandy toasted their champagne in Champaign, IL where she is performing on the Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood. The duo celebrated the online launch of Trisha’s Williams-Sonoma food line collaboration, Trisha’s Southern Kitchen being up for a nomination at tomorrow’s Emmy Awards , and today’s episode of Trisha’s Southern Kitchen being the season 9 finale – an overwhelming amount of accomplishment that brought Mandy to tears.
Trisha explained each of her summertime themed Williams-Sonoma food products, which are available online now and in-stores on May 19th. The line includes a BISCUIT MIX inspired by her father’s homemade buttermilk biscuits, APPLE BBQ SAUCE, UNFRIED CHICKEN SEASONING MIX, APPLEWOOD MOLASSES RUB and a SUMMER IN A CUP cocktail mix that recreates a sweet concoction Mandy invented on a hot summer day. Throughout the chat, Trisha chose two viewers to receive signed sets that included one of each product. When asked if Trisha will expand the line with easy-to-bake desserts, Trisha responds, “I’m hoping it does well and that this is the beginning of a long partnership with Williams-Sonoma!”
Trisha wrapped by revealing that she’ll be bringing everyone along with her to the Emmy Awards tomorrow for a Facebook Live from the red carpet. Trisha will be attending the Emmys for the first time, where she’ll be a presenter and will find out if Trisha’s Southern Kitchen will win its second Emmy Award.
