Chicago’s Country LakeShake announced the red-hot lineup for the three-day, two stage festival’s second stage, dubbed “Next From Nashville,” today. The stacked lineup reveal follows the news that genre superstars Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts, Thomas Rhett, Little Big Town and more will take the stage for the third annual event on June 23-25 at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island (formerly FirstMerit Bank Pavilion). Bailey Bryan, Drew Baldridge, Adam Craig, Seth Ennis, Ryan Kinder, Ashley McBryde, Dylan Scott, Lucie Silvas, Caitlyn Smith, Smithfield, Natalie Stovall and Drake White and The Big Fire are all slated to play the “Next From Nashville” stage, with more to be announced in the coming weeks. The coveted slot has built a reputation for “shining the spotlight on new talent… where up-and-comers are given a chance to introduce their music in between sets by the veteran acts” (Rolling Stone.)
Launched in 2015, Country LakeShake has quickly built a reputation as an all-compassing experience that provides festival-goers a city break vibe, and has become a must-play festival within the artist community, giving them the opportunity to enjoy the city’s fiercely-attentive fans. With a no-filter-needed backdrop of the Chicago skyline setting the vibe, attendees can partake in the multiple fringe activities onsite, including the highly popular Blackhawks Bar returning for a second year, as well as new offerings including Silent Disco Line Dancing, Wine Lounge, Food Trucks, Kids Zone and additional games and activities.
