“Lights Come On” Takes Jason Aldean to Top of Country Airplay Chart

Jason Aldean

Jason Aldean stands on the peak of Billboard’s country airplay chart this week with “Lights Come On,” concluding a 15-week climb.

Blake Shelton’s If I’m Honest reclaims the No. 1 album slot, where it debuted a few weeks back.

New songs hitting the charts are Toby Keith’s “A Few More Cowboys” (No. 51) and Joe Nichols’ “Undone” (No. 60).  Home Free’s Country Evolution bounces back at No. 41 and Loretta Lynn’s Full Circle at No. 48.

Two songs also return to action — Old Dominion’s “Beer Can in a Truck Bed” at No. 58 and Gary Allan’s “Do You Wish It Was Me?” at No. 59.

The No. 2 through No. 5 albums, in that order, are Chris Stapleton’s Traveller (last week’s No. 1), Cole Swindell’s You Should Be Here, the multi-artists package Now That’s What I Call Country, Volume 9 and Maren Morris’ Hero.

Completing the Top 5 songs array are Carrie Underwood’s “Church Bells,” Florida Georgia Line’s “H.O.L.Y.,” Keith Urban’s “Wasted Time” (last week’s No. 1) and Eric Church’s “Record Year.”
