Keith Urban and the Eagles’ Joe Walsh teamed up to perform “Rocky Mountain Way” during the latter’s stop at Michigan’s DTE Energy Music Theatre as part of his One Hell of a Night Tour, according to Rolling Stone.
Walsh and Urban weren’t the only ones rocking out on the classic song. They were also joined by guitar legend Waddy Wachtel, who is one of the ten members of Walsh’s touring band, and The Voice finalist Laith Al-Saadi. Walsh dedicated the performance to Glenn Frey, as it was the first performance by a member from the Eagles in Michigan since Frey’s death in January.
The next night Urban performed his own show at the venue for his Ripcord tour.
