The Dixie Chicks launched the 50+ date North American leg of their highly-anticipated, top-selling DCX MMXVI Tour last night in Cincinnati at the Riverbend Music Center showcasing a hit-packed set of fan favorites to 20,000+ capacity venue.
Fans also had the opportunity to interact with three dynamic nonprofits participating on-site, all of whom were asked by the Dixie Chicks to participate in their national tour. Headcount volunteers helped to register attendees to vote. Planned Parenthood let attendees know who is targeting their reproductive healthcare and how to obtain access to high-quality healthcare. Proclaim Justice, founded in part by singer Natalie Maines, shared information on their mission to win freedom for inmates who are innocent of the crimes for which they were convicted.
DCX MMXVI Tour, produced by Live Nation, resumes June 3 at the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
