Keith Urban is currently in Australia, getting ready to kick-off a stretch of dates down under. This weekend, he and wife Nicole Kidman made a pit stop at a Monash Children’s Hospitall in Clayton to bring a little cheer and grace with a performance of “Amazing Grace.”
“It’s one of the most important things I do,” Nicole told Melbourne newspaper the Herald Sun. “I have been doing it since I became well known in the movie industry.”
The couple attended the Celebrate Life Ball the night before, a fundraiser for the Celebrate Life Foundation.
“It’s deeply sad,” said Nicole of the illness suffered by those helped by the charity. “But events like the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball ensure that we are able to give to families in need. Even if it is just listening and hugging and showing support, then it’s worth it.”
