Clay Walker will be featured on the Today Show on Wednesday, December 25th alongside the Military Warriors Support Foundation that he helped to create with Lt. General (Ret.) Leroy Sisco. Fans can tune in to the Today Show on NBC during the 8am (EST) / 7am (CST) hour to see Clay and the General discuss the foundation as well as surprise a US Army Veteran and Purple Heart recipient with the keys to their 100% mortgage free home in Antioch, TN. The cameras also caught up with a United States Marine Corps Veteran and Purple Heart recipient, who was awarded his home in February 2012 to discuss what the foundation has done for them.
The Military Warriors Support Foundation (MWSF) has been awarding mortgage-free homes since 2010 and to date has donated 538 homes in 43 states. The homes are fully renovated and accommodated for injuries or unique circumstances received in combat while serving our country. The wounded heroes also receive three years of family and financial mentoring, to ensure they have all the skills necessary to be happy and successful home owners.
