Tickets for “The 47th Annual CMA Awards” and “CMA Country Christmas” will go on sale to the public Saturday, Sept. 14th (10:00 AM/CT). Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com; by calling (800) 745-3000; or in person at the Bridgestone Arena Box Office, located at 501 Broadway (corner of Fifth Avenue and Broadway, Nashville).

Exclusive pre-sale access for both events is available to subscribers of CMA’s free email newsletter CMA EXCLUSIVE, plus fans who like CMA on Facebook (Facebook.com/CMA), and follow CMA’s @CountryMusic official account on Twitter (Twitter.com/CountryMusic). Fans can connect with CMA by visiting CMAawards.com.

Tickets for the CMA Awards start at $110 for Upper Level seating and tickets for “CMA Country Christmas” are $50 for Lower and Club Level reserved seating. Ticket prices include tax, but exclude applicable service fees.

“The 47th Annual CMA Awards” will be hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood for the sixth consecutive year and broadcast live on Wednesday, Nov. 6th (8:00-11:00 PM/ET; 7:00-10:00 PM/CT) on ABC. “CMA Country Christmas” will tape Friday, Nov. 8th (7:00 PM/CT), for an ABC Television Network special, which will air during the holiday season.

The audience for “CMA Country Christmas” is encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy to the taping to help make the holidays brighter for a child in need. CMA launched the toy drive dubbed “A Gift For All” in 2012 and collected more than 5,000 toys.

“We are hoping that our audience will get into the spirit of the season by bringing a toy for donation,” said Ed Hardy, President of the CMA Board of Directors. “We are honored to utilize the Christmas special taping as an opportunity to shine a light on such a worthy endeavor. It is a perfect opportunity to give back to the community and reflects the values and heart of our artists and the industry.”

The Nashville-based, non-profit group Generosity will have volunteers on site with specially marked bins to collect the new, unwrapped toys, which will be distributed to homeless families during the holidays.

Volunteers from Generosity will start accepting toys Friday, Nov. 8th at 1:00 PM/CT at the Bridgestone Arena. You do not have to have a ticket to the show to drop off a toy.
