Carrie Underwood Has No Time For Games

Carrie Underwood

Carrie Underwood doesn’t have time for fun and games, at least not with her smart phone. She tells USA Today that her phone is packed with apps, but only those that help keep her fit.

I use my Livestrong app a lot,” says Underwood. “I’m a calorie counter; I have been for, like, seven years. I keep a food journal, and it has all my foods in it.”

She’s also a big fan of Whole Foods, and enjoys their free app when traveling or on tour.

“When we’re traveling, I have to look up Whole Foods. I love the grocery store.”

That explains her legs and amazing body. I probably should delete Candy Crush from my phone and put Livestrong on. It’s the thought that counts… right?

That explains why Carrie is so fit and healthy. We have a Whole Food store down the street from us and we buy our food there. It is a little more expensive but it is of a better quality than you can get in a supermarket. I just got Carrie’s Blown Away DVD and I love it. She gets teary eyed on a couple of songs and it makes you want to cry with her. She is AMAZING and her vocals LIVE are the BEST there is.
