Jana Kramer was forced to cut her opening set for Alan Jackson in West Palm Beach last night short due to dehydration and the flu. She is being treated in a local hospital but it looks like she’s in good company with boyfriend Brantley Gilbert and her manager. She must have been feeling better since she was having fun on Twitter.
