Luke Bryan had a scary mishap in a pizza parlor recently when he required the Heimlich maneuver after choking on a piece of pizza. Bryan tells People Country that “it was pretty freaky there for about 30 seconds.” The pizza got lodged in his airway and he says he “went down.” Fortunately a friend who was with him picked him up and as Bryan says, “got it out of there!”
Luke is set to headline the annual Capitol Street Party downtown Nashville on October 17th.
