Last year’s Johnny Cash Music Festival is coming to TV. The Boot.com reports the festival will air on RFD-TV on July 26 and July 28, and will also on GAC on July 28. It will also air on PBS stations throughout the summer.
The 2011 festival lineup included Rosanne Cash, Kris Kristofferson and George Jones. The DVD and CD go on sale July 31, with proceeds going to benefit the Johnny Cash Childhood Home Project. This year’s festival is set for Oct. 5 in Jonesboro, Ark., and will feature Willie Nelson, Dierks Bentley and the Civil Wars.
