Seems to be the thing to do these days…. Kenny Rogers is suing Capitol Records.

He claims the company has not properly paid him for digital downloads, ringtones and other uses of his songs. Rogers filed the lawsuit on Monday (Feb. 13) in federal court in Nashville.

Kenny claims Capitol owes him at least $400,000, although he doesn’t know the total amount because the company has withheld some financial records. Captiol has not responded to requests for comment.
