As one of this year’s AARP The Magazine Inspire Award recipients, country superstar Toby Keith has remained a committed supporter of the U.S. troops—he’s toured the Middle East as part of the USO/Armed Forces Entertainment tour several time and sponsored the USO2GO program, which distributes care packages to remote U.S. bases.
Each year the Inspire Awards pay tribute to outstanding individuals who are using their energy and passion to make the world a better place. This year’s nominees are no exception. Honorees include: Emilio Estefan Jr, Hilton Kelley and Steve Jobs.
