Amy Grant’s Mother Dies at Age 80

We would like to extend our thoughts and prayers to Amy Grant and Vince Gill. This past Saturday, Amy lost her mother at the age of 80. The loss caused Vince and Amy to bow-out of several performances including tonight’s Grand Ole Opry show commemorating the year anniversary of the May flood. An obituary provided by the family asks that people remember Gloria Grant by performing an unexpected act of kindness or by making a donation to Lipscomb University or Alive Hospice.
