According to ContactMusic.com, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have plopped down a measly 10 million on a plush luxury Manhattan penthouse. The 3,248-square-foot home, which was listed for $12.5 million, boasts views of the Hudson River from two terraces, and a dramatic stairway.
