It’s official, Julianne Hough and Ryan Seacrest are dating.  They took a posh Italian vacation and TMZ has the photos.  Apparently Ryan paid for the $50,000 business dinner and tip then swept Julianne off to a cruise on his yacht.  See more here. I’m willing to bet this photo was leaked on purpose…or someone is fired.
