According to People.com, Kellie Pickler is officially off the market. Kellie and long-time love Kyle Jacobs were engaged last week on a Florida beach. It came on the heels of a very sad week, the anniversary of her grandmother’s passing.
“It turned out to be the most amazing day of my life,” the fifth-season American Idol star, 23, tells PEOPLE. “My whole world changed. We both feel like we got my grandmother’s blessing.”
Kyle treated Kellie right, planning a champagne picnic and a stroll beach.
“Afterward, we just held each other and had the most beautiful prayer,” Jacobs says. “We had a little champagne and talked and laughed and cried.”

Kellie & Kyle have been together since (Valentine’s Day) 2-14-08. They met when they were put together writing a song on Kellie’s 2nd album. The Kid Rock thing was nothing but rumors & gossip. Congrats to both of them, they are a happy couple.
