Rascal Flatts made a rare appearance at the CMA Fest Fan Fair Hall today to meet and greet fans and give a short acoustic performance. This is the first time since 2002 that Gary, Jay and Joe Don have done this during CMA Fest. It was very apparent that fans were very anxious to be a part of it.
Fans started lining the streets of Nashville at 4pm on Friday afternoon. Only a lucky 70 were given tickets for the meet and greet. Around 2pm today Rascal Flatts showed up on top of the CMT Booth with CMT Alan Cody where they were honored with a plaque to celebrate their last 10 years of music.
Then is was down to business. They gave fans a fantastic “sneak peak” of tonight’s LP Field show singing “Bless the Broken Road” and “Life is a Highway”.
