Shania Twain is officially an un-married woman. According to People.com, Shania’s divorce was finalized yesterday. However, Shania isn’t officially ‘single.’ While at the Swiss Red Cross Ball, she was seen giving oogly eyes at Frédéric Thiébaud, the ex-husband of the woman who stole Mutt out from under Shania.

“Her happiness certainly shone through,” says her friend Stéphane Lagonico, an ambassador for the Swiss Red Cross, who organized the ball. “They are a great addition to each other’s lives.”
