I remember when he won America’s Got Talent, two years ago. He was the ‘chicken chaser’ from Kentucky. He wore a backwards baseball cap – and I’m probably the only one who wondered why we didn’t have a song from him before now. I like the kid … but I can name dozens more who can sing as well, and deserve a break. I wish him all the best. Him, and so many other talented, undiscovered future country greats.

With all due respects, Country, that was only a year ago. Kevin auditioned in Chicago and won the AGT title in September 2009.

He’s come a long way since then, catching chickens, singing at open mics and now, he’s got his own CD and music video.

We need to get the country radio stations to play Kevins songs, because he has his own lable is the reason they wont play them.Call your local stations and ask them to play his songs.I have not had much luck with the local stations in is home area, they will flat lie and say they will play them and then dont, may have been a bad choise for his manager to not go with a well known lable? But thats water under the bridge. So Call your local stations and ask them tp play some Skinner if enought call maybe they will listen……Larry Clapp
