In more Twitter news…. Jason Michael Carroll took to his Twitter page today settling the rumors and filling fans in on the news that he and his record label, Arista, have decided to part ways.

Well, I told you guys about some changes coming about a week or so ago, and I guess I should fill you all in…
First of all, I’m so grateful for the opportunity that I’ve had 2 work with Arista records! Ive learned a lot and made some great friends!
Unfortunately, Arista & I have decided to go our seperate ways! They called & said that they would be moving forward without me!
Im glad 2 have had the opportunity 2 be there for the last 4 years & am grateful 4 them giving me the chance 2 connect with all of my HTF’s!
Now, that being said, there are plans being made to go back into the studio & record new music, the second week of March!
With these new songs, we will shop them around Nashville & hopefully find someone who believes in what I do as much as you all do!
We will still be touring this year as much as we can! We still look forward to hanging out with all of our Honky Tonk Friends!
Again, I’m grateful for the opportunity that I’ve had & to my true HTF’s…nothing is over, just planning the next move…

According to Jason the tour dates have NOT cancelled. He says all shows are still on and he will be there.
