It looks like John Rich and business partner Phil Martin are opening up a new bar on Broadway in Nashville. The Seanachie Irish Pub building was recently purchased by the pair at a rumored amount of $5 million. The building, located at 329 Broadway is pending renovations while they are currently in the process of acquiring building permits, submitting plans and the like.
There is no word on when the 16,083 square foot building may be complete or what the bar will be called. You can check out Nashville Real Estate for more info.

I’ve been wondering what they’re doing with that building for sometime, especially because it so large and unoccupied.

Nice find on the John Rich Story. Looking forward to seeing what happens with the place. I come here for work every other month and love going downtown to the Nashville Honky Tonk bars. They’re such a blast!
Margaritaville is rumored to be in the old Planet Hollywood building almost directly across the street from the Seanachie Irish Pub.
