From a social media point of view, this isn’t personal. It’s just a crappy 40 second video (no offense) but they obviously want to build a brand around his name and that isn’t going to work until he starts engaging with his fans via Twitter, Facebook, and all that.
And that’s exactly the reason why we’ve forgotten about so many others, because they don’t understand how important it is to personally connect with their fans and build REAL relationships.
…That’s just my thought anyway.
Really nice of Keith to send personalized “thank you” videos to some of his fans. I am sure it is very much appreciated.
