According to the Tennessean, Taylor Swift’s latest relase, “Today is a Fairytale”, sold 100,000 copies in 24 hours on iTunes.  That’s just over 4,166 downloads an hour roughly 69 a minute…Um….what?!

“I freaked out when I saw that it was No. 1 on iTunes,” said Swift

Taylor wrote the song for the movie she’s also appearing in, Valentine’s Day that hits theaters February 12th.

I wrote that song last summer, and when this movie opportunity came about, I reached back into my pocket and thought, ‘I think this is perfect for the soundtrack. I hope it’s perfect for the soundtrack.’”

Seriously, can I please have what she’s having? I mean, does Taylor Swift take a handfull of magic beans or something in the morning that assist in her quest for World Domination??
